Bhubaneswar: Banking service in the country would disrupted on November 26 as the bank officers and employees have decided to join the national wide one day strike call given the premier trade unions of India.
The All Odisha Bank Employees Association (AOBEA) general secretary Prafulla Kumar Tripathy and All India Bank Employees & Officers Assocaition (AIBEOA) organising secretary Prabodh Kumar Biswal, in a joint statement, have said that the trade unions are observing the one day strike on November 26 in protest of the Centre’s decision to introduce labour code doing away with 44 labour laws, privatisation of public sector undertakings and banks.
All Inida Bank Employees’ Association State organising secretary Pradip Kumar Patnaik, and All India Bank Officers’ Asscoaition State committee president Kailash Chndra Prida have call upon all the bankers to join the one day strike to make it a grand success.
