Bhubaneswar: IT major Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) Ramakrishna Raghu and Prasanjit Dash, and consultancy giant E & Y’s Vidur Gupta spoke about the global trends in cyber security while participating in the workshop on Entreprise Architecture and Cyber Security oragnised by the state electronics and information technology(E&IT) department with the support of TCS, here on Wednesday.
Inaugurating the workshop, state E & IT minister,Chandra Sarathi Behera, stated that an effective cyber security strategy supported by robust enterprise architecture is the key to manage all modern day cyber security threats in the e-Governance space.
Delivering the keynote address, the state E & IT secretary, A. K. K. Meena, highlighted that effective use of ICT is a key factor for successful implementation of public service delivery programmes. IIIT director Gopal Krishna Nayak, and Bhubaneswar centre head of TCS Manoj Panda also stressed upon cyber security issues prevailing at present. E & IT special secretary R.N.Palai also spoke on the occasion.
The workshop which comprised of three sessions was attended by the secretaries of different departments and other senior Govt officers.
