Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government is likely announce payment of arrear DA to it employees.
The State government was supposed to give the 5% DA in retrospective effect from July 2019. However, the government declared that the DA will given from January 2020.
Demanding DA from July 2019 , the employees agitated. However, they were assured that their demands will be considered.
India Whispers overheard that the chief minister has cleared the file allowing payment of the arrear DA with effect from July 2019. The announcement would come any time from now.
