Puri: The bailed out private bank, Yes Bank, Monday remitted to the Puri Jaganath Temple Fund account the Rs 156 crore along with the interest on maturity of the fixed deposit.
Yes Bank earlier had transferred Rs 389 crore and interest of Rs8.23 crore to the Puri Jaganath Temple account towards the fixed deposit which matured on 19.03.2020.
There were apprehention about getting back the Rs 545 crore Temple Fund money deposited in the Yes Bank as the RBI imposed restrictions on withdrawing money from the private bank last month.
