Puri:International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has paid a tearful condolence to senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley through his sand art.
Manas’s art piece on the Puri seabeach is of 10 feet wide made with 5 tons of sand, with the hard labour of nearly 5 hours and with a message “ Tribute to Mr.Arun Jaitley ”.
