Bhubaneswar: Prime minister’s Baripada public meeting is part of the Modi’s 100 election rallies in the country in the first phase.
The prime minister will dedicated project worth Rs 4,500 crore during his Baripada visit. However, his election rallies is being keenly awaited by BJP as well as the ruling BJD and Congress in the state.
Modi, who was recently addressed a public meeting in Khorda, mildly attacked the Naveen Patnaik government much to the disliking of his supporters and BJP leaders and workers. Without taking the name of Naveen Patnaik nor the BJD, the prime minister criticised the functioning of the state government in Odisha.
The BJP’s prime ministerial candidate for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections is expected to be very vocal against the Naveen government in his Baripada rally.
Modi started his 100 election rallies with a public meeting at Gurdaspur in Punjab on Thursday. He would address public meetings in 20 states in the first phase of his electioneering for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. The prime minister will address rallies in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Manipur, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
